The Art Of Meditation is unknown
You feel like your flying in a different zone
Somewhere away from earth and all surrounds
To find space beyond arisen
This is where reality become real
It a place of your own powerful shield
Protecting you from the lies that you normally see
To see the truth of eternity
This is why meditation is truly sancta
It your self and I in different stages
In the past the present the future of your lifetime
See a world of it own with a new eyes
This world is God the spiritual life
